For schools

We offer a range of training and support to schools. Many schools have an area of need that is included in their School Improvement Plan, and other schools have a vision about the type of support and culture that they would like their students to access.

Potential topic areas include:

  • Learning
  • Memory
  • Underachieving students
  • Motivation
  • Gifted and Talented
  • Dyslexia
  • Dyscalculia
  • Dyspraxia
  • Auditory Processing Disorder
  • Autism and Asperger’s Syndrome
  • ADHD
  • Study skills
  • Thinking skills
  • Collaborative learning
  • Behaviour management
  • Anxiety
  • Anger
  • Self esteem
  • Classroom ethos
  • Whole school ethos
  • Solution Focused Brief Therapy
  • Developing provisions or specialisms within the school to meet specific needs (e.g. autism, ADHD, behaviour difficulties)
  • Research into areas of strength and future need in your school
  • Training and supporting SENCos
  • Ongoing project work to train or support a group of people in your school in a particular specialist area

When you contact us, it is helpful if you can provide an indication of:

  • The area (s) you are interested in
  • The intended outcome (s)
  • The location
  • Potential dates

We can then discuss your requirements in more detail and (dependent on availability) offer you a quote.

This is just a selection of the support we can provide. If your personal requirements are not listed here, please contact us to discuss your needs.

Direct work with children

If you would like one of our psychologists to work directly with a child in your school simply contact the child’s
parent (s) or guardian (s) and ask them to get in touch with us. We can then arrange the relevant time, date, quote and schedule of work directly with them.
