Book a service

It's a simple process to book a service

  1. Choose an option from the Contact us page and provide a summary of your requirements.
  2. If you use the online facility you will receive an automated email response. This will confirm that we have received your request and provide details of your account and password. Please note that if you contact us using different email addresses, you will receive a different account and password for each one.
  3. We will then contact you and discuss your requirements in more detail. Telephone and email enquires will receive their account information at this stage.
  4. If appropriate, we will provide you with a quote, time, date, location and schedule of services.
  5. If you are happy with this, you can confirm your service by making full payment within two working days. You can pay online using your personal account, or you can send a cheque or banker's draft to the invoice address provided. Please note that for urgent enquiries, or for telephone and email consultations, it is far quicker to use the online payment facility.
  6. Once we have received your payment, we will send you a confirmation email and complete the work you have requested.

If you would like to book a consultation

Many clients would like advice on an educational issue. As such, we provide two types of consultation service.

The first is an email consultation service.

You can send an enquiry using the contact us page, outline your issue and state that you would like an email consultation response. If we feel this is an issue for an educational psychologist, you'll receive a payment request (currently £45.00 per e-mail). Once you've paid this, a chartered educational psychologist will provide an email answer to your enquiry, usually by the end of the following working day. If we cannot answer your enquiry we will do our best to put you in touch with someone who can.

We also provide a telephone consultation service.

You can use the contact us page, outline your issue and state that you would like a telephone consultation response. Again, if we feel that this is an issue for an educational psychologist, you'll receive a payment request. Once you've paid this, a chartered educational psychologist will give you a call (usually within two working days) and complete the consultation. This particular service operates on weekdays during business hours, which for us is 9am - 9.00pm UK time. We charge £90.00 per telephone consultation, for a consultation lasting up to sixty minutes. Additional consultation time can be purchased on a pro rata basis.

Given the potential timescales, neither consultation service should be used for emergency cases.
