Evaluate us

We’d welcome your thoughts about our services. As such, we’ve included a number of short evaluation forms that you can choose from. We will use your evaluations to assess, develop and improve our practice. We’ll also share your evaluation with the psychologist (or psychologists) you worked with to help them too. We respect and value your opinions, and we’ll only contact you to discuss your evaluation if you ask us to do so.

You can choose from a number of different evaluation forms and you're welcome to complete more than one if you feel that it's relevant. If possible, we'd prefer evaluations to be emailed to us rather than posted, for the simple reason that it saves resources. However, the choice of delivery method is yours.
